Private parties and birthday parties can be scheduled at GymStars, U.S.A. in two-hour intervals on Saturdays and Sundays.

Host parents must stop by the gym and complete an understanding of GymStars' rules and pay a deposit to reserve the gym.  The remainder of the fees can be paid at the time of the party.  Parties must be cancelled 72 hours in advance of the reserved time to return the deposit fees.

Host parents are responsible to assist gym staff to insure that ALL gym rules are followed at all times to maintain safety for all guests.

Parties may include up to 10 total invited guests.  If more than 10 guests are expected, special arrangements must be made with the gym at the time of registration to provide adequate staffing.  Additional costs apply.

ALL guests MUST have a waiver of liability signed by the child's responsible adult or guardian prior to participating in the gym.  Liability waivers are available for print by selecting the Liability Waiver link on this and all other pages.
