Classes are offered for students ages preschool (2-5) - completion of high school with the exception of Martial Arts which offers an adult program.  Special classes are held throughout the year for families and children under age 2.  Classes are individualized and administered in group settings.  Therefore students are encouraged to join a class or advance to another class at any time without “missing” or having to “catch up”.  If a student registers for a class and at any time decides that s/he would rather be in a different class, simply contact the registration coordinator to schedule a change.

Classes are held at various times on different evenings throughout the week to meet the busy schedules of parents and students.  Specific times for classes are available by calling the registration coordinator.  Most classes meet one time weekly for one hour.  Preschool classes are 45 minutes.  Advanced or competitive classes may meet more times during the week.  Students who miss a class are welcome to attend a make-up session at any time the class is offered throughout the week.

Students with long hair should pull their hair back off of their face.  No jewelry should be worn.  Girls typically wear leotards or t-shirt and shorts or sweats.  Boys wear t-shirt and shorts or sweats.  Some classes require protective wear for boys.  No shoes or socks are worn in the gym.

Registration for classes at GymStars, U.S.A. is an easy one-stop process.  Parents are welcome to phone the registration coordinator at 419-991-0600 to discuss class offerings and times.  Students may pre-register for available classes by phone.  Students may arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled class to complete the registration process. Parents complete the registration form and sign an authorization to participate and release form.  Cost to register includes the cost of the class plus a yearly family registration fee of $30.  This includes any immediate family member for the calendar year.  If additional family members enroll, a second class discount will apply.  If the same student enrolls in two classes they are also eligible for the additional class discount.  Additional family members must have a separate signed authorization form to participate.
